Tourism HR Canada is seeking input from tourism businesses to better understand how operators currently engage with HR practices aimed at broadening their pool of potential employees.
This short survey asks about awareness and practices related to:
► Disability inclusion
► Workplace culture
► Recruitment and promotion
► Workplace accommodations
► Mental health
Your valuable feedback will inform the development of tools and training for tourism operators who are facing mounting recruitment challenges, and who may be looking to untapped pools of talent to meet those needs.
These tools and training are part of a new, three-year project called Belong, which seeks to increase tourism employment opportunities for people with disabilities in Canada.
The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. We look forward to hearing from tourism businesses of all sizes right across the country.
