Canadian Academy of Travel and Tourism (CATT)

Free resources to introduce tourism to high school students across Canada: curriculum materials, hands-on learning activities, and career exploration tools.

Emerit Skills Training and Certification

Developed by industry for industry, Emerit provides National Occupational Standards, flexible online and paper-based training, and professional certification for tourism and hospitality employees in a wide range of occupations.

Workforce Management Engine

In 2023, this online portal will be the gateway to industry-validated National Occupational Standards, customized occupational profiles, and more, providing the pan-Canadian standard for all skills required to effectively perform tourism roles. ​

SMART Accreditation Program

Providing national recognition to tourism-related programs that meet or exceed industry standards, plus benchmarks that tourism program providers can use to assist them in continually improving their programs.
