The session will help employers learn how to build an inclusive team by hiring workers of all abilities—-and why this hiring practice will boost their bottom line.
Immediately following this presentation, Philip Mondor, President and CEO, will speak at 1:45 PM about Surviving the Pandemic: Rebuilding the Tourism Workforce. He’ll explore the rebuilding process and discuss the TourismRecovery.ca suite of resources aimed at assisting the industry in navigating the recovery and resiliency stages.
