Our very first event takes place during National AccessAbility Week, and features the Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW).
CCRW focuses on meaningful and equitable employment for people with disabilities. In order for this goal to be achieved, they work with the population of job seekers with disabilities as well as with businesses to ensure they are confident in their hiring, retention, and advancement processes.
As a leader in the field, CCRW has created many tools to assist businesses to support them in their journey towards their disability confident success.
In this interactive webinar, Maureen Haan, the President and CEO of CCRW, will review services and supports from CCRW, including a review of CCRW’s new Disability Confident Employer Toolkit. Tourism HR Canada Director of Workplace Inclusion, Jasmine Qi, will join Maureen to share the connection forged between CCRW and the Belong project, as well as facilitate a live question-and-answer session.
