- Meet with Tourism Workplace Accessibility Clinic consultant to complete the Job Matching Readiness Checklist (1 hour)
- Share job vacancies regularly
- Receive pre-screened qualified candidates for interviews
Wrap-around Support
- Pre-Hire: Advice on inclusive job postings and recruitment process
- Talent Referral: Arrangement of scheduled interviews; advice on interview accommodation
- Hiring & Onboarding: Guidance on workplace integration and adjustment
