Where Employers Can Connect with Diverse Talent
Designed for employers committed to advancing disability inclusion in their workplaces, this free job fair is a chance to connect directly with skilled job seekers with disabilities who are looking to work in tourism and hospitality roles across the Greater Toronto Area.
This one-day event will be welcoming approximately 50-60 job seekers across the Greater Toronto Area.
We are seeking employers who are:
- Actively hiring between March 1 and May 31, 2026
- Open to meeting candidates with a variety of disabilities
- Willing to dedicate time to short, meaningful conversations with potential employees

Per the funding agreement, ESDC requires participating employers to provide the following information as a condition for your participation in the Belong project to:
- Measure and evaluate the results and success of the project in achieving its objective
- Ensure accountability by reporting results annually to Parliament and the Canadian public.
