Designed for employers committed to advancing disability inclusion in their workplaces, this free job fair is a chance to connect directly with skilled job seekers with disabilities who are looking to work in tourism and hospitality roles across Ottawa.
We are seeking employers who are:
- Actively hiring at the end of February/into March, or hiring for the summer tourism season
- Open to meeting candidates with a variety of disabilities
- Willing to dedicate time to short, meaningful conversations with potential employees

Per the funding agreement, ESDC requires participating employers to provide the following information as a condition for your participation in the Belong project to:
- Measure and evaluate the results and success of the project in achieving its objective
- Ensure accountability by reporting results annually to Parliament and the Canadian public.
All information collected is managed in accordance with the Privacy Act and the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, and you have the right to access it under these laws.
