The Propel Student Work Placement Program connects post-secondary students with paid, hands-on experience in tourism. Led by Tourism HR Canada and funded by the Government of Canada, it supports employers with wage subsidies and helps build a skilled, diverse workforce.
Propel bridges the gap between education and employment, helping students in any discipline build job-ready skills while exploring the wide variety of careers in tourism. Wage subsidies help employers hire these post-secondary students for work-integrated learning experiences: co-ops, internships, and more.
