A centralized resource where individuals, policy makers, and organizations can access accurate, up-to-date information on immigration policies, procedures, and resources for the tourism sector in Canada.

New Canadians fill nearly 1/3 of tourism jobs

Immigrants are represented significantly of Canada’s tourism workforce. In 2023 Labour Force Survey data, there are 1.255 million tourism workforces, landed immigrants are 32.38 %. Food & Beverage industry is top employer. Landed Immigrants make up more than 1/3 (33.6%) of workforces in the food and beverage industry.
