une base pour comprendre les personnes en situation de handicap dans la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre du tourisme et d\u2019offrir des recommandations adapt\u00e9es pour cr\u00e9er des lieux de travail et des pratiques de recrutement accessibles et inclusifs.<\/p>\n<p>Un processus rigoureux d\u2019un an a inclus la collecte et l\u2019analyse d\u2019enqu\u00eates et de groupes de discussion men\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de personnes en situation de handicap et d\u2019employeurs du secteur du tourisme, ainsi que des donn\u00e9es de l\u2019Enqu\u00eate canadienne sur l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de 2022 de Statistique Canada.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a3d9ca e-grid e-con-boxed e-con e-child\"
